Female Celebrity Style: Cannes Film Festival 2013

The annual Cannes Film Festival kicked off earlier this week in France. As usual the week long event was swiped with the some of the world's most glamorous actors and actresses. So here are my picks for best dress.

Its times like this when I'm having such a fashion high that I'm speechless and I don't know where to begin. But let me just start off with the basics; this is a beautiful gown made of silk by Yiqing. Audrey finished the look with her short curly black hair and diamond earrings. Omg!! This is just an amazing fashion moment and from here out I will be watching you Ms. Tautou. Hands down you were best dressed.

Actress Freda Pinto walked the red carpet in a silk Sanchita Ajjaampur gown. The plugging back was my favorite part of the dress. Lets talk about Freda's hair. The chignon with the side swipe part with bangs and butterflies which beautifully decorated her brunette locks had been neatly placed not to mention the bold red lips and barely there make-up. Freda had a soft powdery red pout that's inviting and not harsh. Well done.

With  barely visibly metallic eye shadow, nude shimmery lips, and her hair swept back actress Naomi Harris shined bright like a diamond in a metallic silver strapless number by Calvin Klein that emphasize on her admirable shoulders. Someone goes to the gym...

Fun, young and differently different this two piece ensemble was worn by Clair Julien. I'm not familiar with her but she looks great!

Solange Knowles looked lovely in this airy nude beige floral gown by Stephane Rolland. She wore an Afro with a bold red lips. Werk Solange!! She is one style maven to watch....

Again I'm not familiar with this statuesque actress either but she looked striking in this nude floral Alex Perry gown and managed not to look washed out.

Well there you have it. Which were some of your favorites looks at Cannes this year? Enjoy your Saturday!
