Ricotta omelettes

I love long mornings. Today I decided to make some omelettes. I've never tried it with ricotta cheese before but it turned out to be delicious. You can use as many different ingredients as you like, but mine was a veggie version this time and very simple.

All you need is 2-3 eggs per omelette, a few cherry tomatoes and some ricotta cheese, a bit of milk and salt and pepper for seasoning. Just mix the eggs and milk and whisk a bit and season. Fry the mixture on a pan and add the sliced tomatoes and ricotta cheese before you fold the omelette. Done!
