Brita cake
My sister is quite the baker. I do enjoy cooking and baking myself aswell but she really beats me when it comes to baking; cookies, cakes, tartes you name it. On Tuesday she tried something new and baked a Brita cake (also known as a meringue cake). The Brita cake is a very popular and traditional summer cake in the Scandinavian countries. It turned out quite delicious. Exactly what you need on a warm summer eve.
