Williams 48 said, "[My weight] is under control although it can spin out of control at any given time. You know I love my food".
Good for you Wendy!! Weight loss is challenging for everyone. I know upon entering undergraduate school I gained closed to 30lbs. I don't know why that is, but I've heard many college freshmen also gain weight. Williams like many of just loves good food. Beyonce always looks good but I'm not a fan off this number on her. The fit is too tight and she went overboard with the print. Basically, I think she looks contrived. As opposed to Sarah Jessica Parker who's ensemble really looked a piece of art but in an effortless way. I loved her giant mohawk head piece.
Madonna, I couldn't believe it was her. I think this is a great look for Halloween for a younger person. This was another looked I really didn't like. While Cameron Diaz looked regal in her blue gown with swiped back hair and a belt. You an wear this one and off the carpet.
Jessica Biel did something different and rocked a fake septum nose ring to keep up with this years rocker them. Gotta give it up to her because I have a nose ring also!! While Ms. Anne Hathaway practically took stole the entire event with her short platnium blond cute. Ms. Hathaway honey you better wrek!!!
Kelly Osbourne is another female celebrity who is fashion forward and always does her own thing on the red carpet. I love her black Marc Jacobs dress. While of course the ever fashionably fabulousity of Ms. Jennifer Lopez just oozed over the red carpet. Mama was smoking in her leopard print number and up do. She had the beautiful coppery golden skin that's become her signature.
Twilight's Ashley Green wore a beautiful black gown embroidered with golden floral prints while designer Diane Von Furstenberg gave us a bit of show girl glam.
Sienna Miller looked great with her punk rock themed look. Her hair was brushed to the side along with a simple braid in the front. The gown was a beautiful simple white silhouette with a plugging v-neck cut. I think she looked amazing.
Solange Knowles is very stylish in her own right and deserves more recognition than she's recieving. I really like this cut out and the print with the Afro and earrings. I give her an A plus and one of the best dress on the carpet. There's something about this that translates to an evening out on the town on a summer night.
Keira Nightly married her boyfriend James Righton in the south of France over the weekend in a small ceremony of 10. She reportedly wore a Chanel jacket over a strapless tulle gown. As always I like to express that I hope everyone had a safe and relaxing weekend. I found myself grabbing an order of shrimp and heading to Haines Point with my family. Aside from family time, the 2013 Kentucky Derby took place over the weekend. In case you missed what I think everyone agrees is the most exciting part of the entire event, the fashion and hats!! I really like the dresses Zoe Zaldana and Coco Rocha wore. I think Zoe's dress has a very sexy cut out but yet its practical to wear for low key yet upscale events such as this one. It was a perfect balance of dress casual and I love the neutral color. I really liked Coco Rocha's dress, it was a beautiful pastel rose fuscha color, that would look great on any skin tone. I also loved her hat. Coco Rocha was my favorite by far. Aside form this Stephanie's Graf dress was beautiful floral print in a classic cut. Just absolutely lovely and any figure could pull that one of. Former Dc Chanllecor Michelle Rhee's black and white stripped dress for some reason or another reminded me of Hello Kitty meets Dr. Seuss's Cat in the Hat but in a good way. Smokey Robinson was dashing in his vertical stripped tux with white pants as did his beautiful wife Francis! Don't you just love it when you see couples who have been together for so many years! That reminded me of my great grandparents who lived well into their 90s and were married will over 50 years. The Robinson gave us style with love. Ms. Jane Seymour looks A-m-a-z-ing!! She's was the lady in red and has such a youthful glow about herself. I think she may found the fountain of youth!! I loved her hat, the neutral heels. She pulled it together. Finally Ms. Lauren Conrad. I love LC's no fuss approach to fashion, simple yet classy. This polka dot nude ensemble is classic LC. Even though, I will say I'm not a fan of her hat. I have watched Teen Mom here and there and what I walked away from it is I hope young women would not follow that as an example of what real life would be for a teen mom. There will be no cameras following them nor will they be paid by MTV or any other company for having a child. How do you guys think shows like Teen Mom are influencing young girls?

Mrs. Cannon was defiantly one who I idolized as a child. Her voice inspired me to grab my brush and belt out tunes like "Someday". However, Mariah's skills don't stop with singing, she writes and produces most of her song. Even though love is the subject of most of her songs, Carey has penned tunes about racism, world hunger, death, social alienation and spirituality with songs like "Make it Happen". Inaddition, she has proven herself to be a savvy business woman by launching her popular fragrance line in 2007 and now she's a judge on American Idol. Oh and you can add mother of twins and style icon to her resume as well. Even though Carey married later in life and had her twins later as well, she is one of many examples that women can have it all.Which is why I wrote this post.
