Pineapple Delite Cake on Friday the 13th! ;)

 

Yay It's Friday the 13th, I work today and tomorrow and Sunday so there's really not much to be excited about as far as the weekend is concerned. Whomp! Who can relate to that?! 

I know a lot of you can. =*

I really can't wait til I'm not working weekends anymore. 

Hopefully with me training for my new position *Sales Director*, it won't be long!!! 

Pray for me ya'll!!

This is so off topic but I had to share !!! ; why didn't I see this on my birthday?????? Anyone that knows me will totally get this!!! LMAO -----

And now My recipe for today!  --

Pineapple Delite Cake



ONLY 2 INGREDIENTS NEEDED! 


One box Angel Food cake mix and 1 can approx 20 oz crushed pineapple (I bought chunk and crushed them myself), do not drain...add juice and all. Mix by hand in a large bowl, it will foam up a lot. 

Heat oven to 350, lightly spray a 9x13 cake pan and bake for about 30 minutes.

I sprinkled powdered sugar over it and added pineapples.

 You can add whatever you'd like!

Went to kim's house for a feast Thursday ! It was her birthday week so we had to do something!

 Josiah was knocked out!

 The Wic office pricked him so I had to get pricked too!

 Not the way I wanted to start my Saturday, but I guess things got better as a the day went on! Josiah woke me up wanting to play the game, at least I got an extra hour of sleep. if that lol

 I got my Julep Box in the mail - I'll have a separate post later!

 Went to Busch Gardens Sunday & got front row parking! That almost never happens

Now it's Monday and I have another big weekend planned. Maybe going to Kings Dominion with Joe for Father's Day since it's the last weekend to pay half price for tickets! I finally got Joe to ride the rides, so I'm going to take advantage of taking him with me to places I've been wanting to go to for a while!!

I have to work overnight tonight and I wanted to do something since it is kind of like having the day off but it started raining at 6 this morning... So my plans to go to Busch Gardens were cancelled. I'm about to get ready to put Josiah down for a nap then hit the gym since I haven't been able to go since Thursday.

1// So Friday I went out to dinner with Joe. We went to a place that we have never been before near our house called ... It's kind of hard to explain how this restaurant works. You basically can pay for certain skewers of meat or for about 21 dollars you can get all you can eat (different types) of meat brought to your table in sample size. BUT let me tell you! It was so filling, we didn't even get to try all of it!! Needless to say I went home and passed out!  






2// Saturday me, Josiah, my mom and my sister went to Water Country (hence the pictures) lol This is the best part about living in Virginia, there is so much to do! We also have Busch Gardens right around the corner as well. Josiah won't ride any rides but it's still a fun time.

Saturday night I worked til 11 got off and went out with my sister.. got too drunk did some things I regret... but won't talk about that on here. that's probably too much drama for the web.... lol seriously... on that note, I'm out!
